I have the rare WVA-510A Waveceptor (atomic/solar) version of this watch. These watches do what they advertise! Over the past several years mine has been hit, submerged with kids baths, and caught in a hot engine bay of a Honda Civic! A couple of days ago I accidentally passed it through a degaussing coil. Note: Do NOT do this! The battery charge indicator is now pegged at the max and the time advanced almost five minutes and would not auto-correct with the atomic clock. I opened the watch and reset it according to the instructions inside (as though you were replacing the battery). After two minutes it has synchronized with the atomic clock signal and is working fine. This is one tough little watch yet good looking enough to wear in the professional world. I'm now back at Amazon looking to buy another Waveceptor!
